Parks & Gardens at Bournemouth City
The City have no limit to the showering Bournemouth City. From the top best resort in England, Bournemouth is also having  various parks and gardens. Bournemouth is covered around 2,000 acres of parks and gardens. From the last six years, the Bournemouth town has been receiving three Britain in Bloom Awards. Most areas in Bournemouth covered by at least one park, and listed below are some of the most familiar parks and gardens.

Upper Central and Lower Pleasure Gardens
Located of the town centre which is called as the multi-award winning Bournemouth Pleasure Gardens, which was developed in the year 1840s. It is covering an area of around 45 acres, the spectacular gardens sit down right next to seafront and shopping area. Colorful plants, large trees, ornamental shrubs, palms, more open areas of grass, benches, picnic areas, ponds, aviaries, grey squirrels, artists, markets and deckchairs .The Bournemouth Pleasure Gardens features are also be famous 'Bournemouth Eye' , whee golf course, table tennis and bandstand are held on a usual basis.

Compton Acres

Located on the outer edge of Bournemouth is Compton Acres . It is the most famous gardens.  Compton Acres features  are categories into seven gardens, each one have a various international theme. There is a garden with a large ponds. A wildlife garden, an alpine and heather garden, Palm Court, garden with herbaceous flower borders and a stunning garden, which is simply the most admired garden at Compton Acres .
Alum Chine including Argyll Gardens

The Alum Chine Gardens is the largest garden in the Bournemouth area. It covered around 18 acres. The comfortable atmosphere of the chine gives pleasure to people and visitors. It boasts of sea views, as well as the popular Treasure Island themed play area.

Pelhams Park

The most important recreational space in areas of Bournemouth, Pelhams  covers an area of 3.5 hectares. It have been entered for the Green Flag Award in the year 2005, it counts its various features on some trees , tennis courts, a children have playground, a bowling green place and parking space.

Knyveton Gardens

It just take a few minutes’ walk from Bournemouth 's train  or bus stations, Knyveton Gardens is located on a site of just in the area of one hectare. It is surrounded by housing, hotels and guest houses;

Seafield Gardens

Seafield Gardens is providing recreation and sports facilities for a housing area around 1.2 sq. km in Southbourne. Located just three minutes walk from the top and beaches, many excellent facilities, such as play areas for children, bowling greens, lawns, tennis courts ,a large impressive water tower at its centre. These gardens have awarded as Green Flag for excellence.

Winton Recreation Ground

The Winton Recreation Ground is located in the middle of a densely populated residential area. Many activities and events regular take place there, from an annual children s sports festival to summer-long play schemes. It has bowls facilities, cycle track, tennis courts, cricket pitch, and a large area used intensively by people .
